I was in a bit of a funk and needed some motivation. I figured personal training was the best way to go! I love my personal training sessions. Within my first 6 sessions, I can feel myself getting stronger, and definitely feeling more motivated to be active. Renee creates workouts that are to my skill level but also challenge me to push harder.
